3000 (COMBUSTION GAS ANALYZER) |
|
| |
Gas analyzer
for the continuous and simultaneous measurement
of O2, CO (H2 compensated), SO2, NO, NO2, H2S,
air temperature, flue gas temperature, pressure/
draft and soot. Calculated variables are CO2,
Lambda (excess air) and qA (losses). Simultaneous
display of all measuring variables on the CRT.
The thermal printer allows the documentation
of the measured variables. The following printouts
are standard: measurement, average values, line
graphics. All printouts with date, time and
fuel. The printer is suitable for graphics and
can be used as Multi Channel Line Recorder.
Memory for 10485 measurements. Operating instructions
are clearly displayed on the monitor and the
instrument is easy to handle. Values, e.g. fuel
parameters are programmable by the user. A special
self check program monitors all Error messages
or a request displayed on the monitor.

IMR
500 (COMBUSTION GAS DRYER) |
|
| |
This
device is for the cleaning of gases and is suitable
for use in conjunction with all gas measuring
and analysis instruments. It is encased in a
handy portable case. It is especially designed
for use with the IMR 2000 P/ IMR 3000 P gas
analyzer. The dust free gas is led directly
to the IMR 500 P via heated tube without being
cooled. Leading the gas through a tube, the
outside of that has dry gas flowing over it,
performs the selective and continuous removal
of water vapor. The water vapor permeates the
tube and is drown off by the dry gas while the
other constituents remain. At the end of the
operation dry and dust free gas is left.

5000 - GAS-SAMPLING PROBE |
|
| |
The gas-sampling
probe of the IMR 5000 is designed for the continuous
sampling of flue-gases and is constantly mounted.
The gas-sampling probe comes in different lengths
and diameters as well as with different flanges.
IMR offers also a special probe with a heated
probe head and filter. This special probe can
be equipped with a optional insitu pre-filter.

5000 - CONTINUOUS FLUE-GAS ANALYZING SYSTEM |
|
| |
CONTINUOUS
FLUE-GAS MONITORING SYSTEM
The IMR 5000 is a state-of-the-art continuous
flue-gas monitoring system, and is designed
for a wide variety of flue-gas monitoring applications.
The IMR 5000 is a stand-alone analyzer that
works automatically. The rugged wall mounted
enclosure meets NEMA type 4X (IP65) standards.
The modular approach of the IMR 5000 allows
one or more gases (up to 8) to be measured simultaneously.
The IMR 5000 uses the latest sensor technology
from electro-chemical sensors up to NDIR benches.
The system can analyze samples taken from up
to 4 different sampling points. This sequential
measurement is only possible with the addition
of multiple gas sampling and conditioning devices
(IMR 400). The IMR 5000 offers various outputs
such as a serial interface (RS232/RS485), an
analog output (volt / current) and an alarm
(relay). All of the above features allow the
IMR 5000 to be configured for a variety of applications
and can easily be upgraded in the future.

6000 - EXCESS AIR CONTROLLER |
|
| |
The IMR
6000 is an oxygen / excess air combustion controller
to measure, store and control oxygen (O2) in
a combustion process. The analyzer works with
all sorts of fuel (liquid fuels, gas and solid
fuels) and calculates CO2, combustion efficiency
and measures the fluegas temperature with a
separate thermocouple probe.
The IMR 6000 can be installed with new boilers
and it also can be easily integrated into existing
installations.
The wall-mounted enclosure is rated IP65 and
the instrument comes equipped with all needed
sensors, probes and installation material like
flanges.
